Ingredients: 1 cup meatless spaghetti sauce, 2 teaspoons butter, softened, 4 flour tortillas (10 inches), 1 cup shredded part-skim
mozzarella cheese, 8 thin slices hard salami, 12 slices pepperoni, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon
dried oregano. Cook spaghetti sauce in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for three to four minutes, or until well heated.
In the meantime, coat each tortilla on one side with butter. Top two tortillas with salami and pepperoni after spreading
mozzarella cheese on their unbuttered sides. Add oregano and Parmesan cheese on top. Fold remaining tortillas so that greased side is on top. Cook for two to
three minutes on each side, or until cheese is melted, on a griddle set over medium heat. Serve with hot spaghetti sauce after slicing into wedges.
