Protein Oats Recipe
YOU'LL NEED: 1 cup of rolled oats, ⅓ cup milk, ⅓ cup egg whites,
1 tbsp brown sugar. Place the milk and oats into a small saucepan
and cook over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
After cooking, remove from the heat and whisk in the egg whites and brown
sugar until the mixture is fully cooked and there is no liquid left. Take
pleasure in a quick and high-protein breakfast by adding your own toppings.
