Potato Salmon Casserole Recipe

Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups cubed cooked potatoes, 2 cups frozen peas, thawed, 1 cup mayonnaise,

1 can (14-3/4 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed, 5 ounces Velveeta, cubed, 1

cup finely crushed cornflakes, 1 tablespoon butter, melted. Put potatoes in a 2-quart

baking dish that has been oiled. Add peas and sprinkle mayonnaise

over top. Add cheese and salmon on top. Bake for thirty minutes at 350°,

uncovered. Mix butter and cornflakes and sprinkle on top. Bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
