tablespoons orange juice, 6 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, Optional: Julienned green onions, sesame seeds and
orange slices. As directed on the package, prepare the rice. In the meanwhile, season fish with salt and pepper. Cook the salmon in
a big skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the fish just starts to flake
easily with a fork. Lift out the fish and refrigerate. Stir in the soy sauce and orange juice, and simmer over high heat for one to two minutes, or until the mixture thickens
slightly. Add sesame oil and spoon onto fish. Accompany with rice. Serve with orange slices and garnish with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions, if preferred.
