How to Reheat Rice

Make sure the rice is really boiling hot while reheating it. A better option, when possible, is to

make a fresh batch of rice with each meal. Rice should only be warmed once; do

not repeatedly reheat the same rice. Either create a fresh batch or cut your losses and

use those leftovers once during the next 24 hours. (Yes, even if you managed to

make the fluffiest rice you've ever seen, sniffle.) Reheat leftover white or brown

rice in the microwave by covering it with a lid and adding a little amount of water. The goal is for the rice to reheat to 165°F.
