How to Freeze Peaches

Store ripe peaches in your freezer to enjoy them throughout the entire year. Freezing peaches preserves their fresh flavor and

simplifies baking. Since frozen fruit is already peeled, pitted, and sliced, baking with it requires less preparation time. Rinse and

wipe dry the peaches fully before freezing. Peeling the peaches is not necessary since, once thawed, the skins will come off with

ease. Since it takes less time to thaw little pieces of fruit than the entire fruit, I advise slicing the peaches before freezing them. Just

cut the peach open, take out the pit, and cut. Arrange the slices in a sheet pan lined with parchment

paper and freeze until firm. The frozen peach slices can be kept for up to six months by placing them in a freezer bag.
